Engraved or customised jewellery and gold coins can't be returned or exchanged.

Used or Worn Items

We can't accept jewellery that has been damaged, modified, or shows signs of wear.

Third-Party Alterations

Items that have been altered or modified in any way by a third party will not be accepted under our return, exchange, or refund policies.

What to Include in Your Return?

Please return all items that came with your original purchase, including:

• Certificates
• Packaging
• Accessories, etc.

If any of these items are missing, we may charge a suitable fee.

Once we hear from you, we'll arrange a convenient pickup of your return shipment directly from your location.

Note: We will make two pickup attempts. If the courier partner is unable to collect the shipment, you'll be responsible for sending the return package back to us at:

L1-05, Ground Floor, Next Galleria Mall, beside Punjagutta Metro Station, Punjagutta Hyderabad, Telangana 500082.

Please ensure that your shipment is securely packed. Also, we request that you record a video of the whole packing process.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the items within 2-4 business days. We'll then process your return or exchange request promptly.

Refund

We want to make sure you're happy with your Nikaara shopping experience. If you return an item within our 15-day return window from the delivery date, we'll process a full refund (excluding all Add-on services like third-party certificates, gift wrapping) to your original payment method. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Processing Time: Allow up to 8-12 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Partial Orders: If you return some items from an order, you'll only be refunded for the returned pieces.
• Condition: We can't accept returns for jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of being worn. In these cases, we'll have to ship the item back to you without a refund.
• Add-ons and Certificates: The cost of Add-ons such as IGI/SGL certification, gift wrapping, or any other value-added services paid during your purchase are non-refundable.
