Looking to exchange an item for something different? No problem!

Simply follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Let us know what you'd like to exchange your item for.
  • Step 3: We'll arrange a FREE pickup of your return shipment from the address on your original order.
  • Step 4: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it.

Exchange Success! If everything is in order, we'll ship your new piece of jewellery to you.

Note: If the returned item fails inspection, we'll unfortunately have to send it back.

Exchange and buyback

Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy

We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy on jewellery products sold in India, applicable 7 days after the date of purchase, subject to review and approval by our Quality Assurance (QA) team.

During the review, the product will be examined to ensure it is:

  • Free from tampering
  • Free from physical damage
  • Not altered, re-sized, or modified

If any of the above conditions are found, the product will not be accepted for exchange or buyback.

Exchange Value Structure

Natural Diamond Jewellery
  • 90% exchange value calculated on the purchased value of the diamonds, after adjusting any coupons, discounts, or promotional offers, and excluding GST
  • Making charges and GST are non-refundable and will be deducted
  • Exchange value is applicable only on the diamond value; gold value will be calculated as per current market rates
Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery
  • 80% Exchange, 70% buy back value calculated on the purchased value of the diamonds, after coupons or discounts.
  • Making charges and GST are non-refundable and will be deducted
Gold Jewellery
  • 100% value of gold based on current market price
  • Making charges and GST are non-refundable

Documents Required for Exchange / Buyback

To process any exchange or buyback request, the following are mandatory:

  • Original Product
  • Original Invoice
  • Product Certificate
Missing Certification Charges

If any certification is missing:

  • Diamond certificate charges will be applicable as per prevailing rates

Important Notes

  • Diamond exchange and buyback values are calculated on the original purchased value, not on prevailing market rates
  • Any discounts, coupons, or promotional offers applied at the time of purchase will be adjusted accordingly
  • Exchange and buyback values are calculated based on current pricing norms applicable at the time of request
  • GST paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable
  • Final approval is subject to QA inspection
